Raymond "Bubba" Howard

Raymond “Bubba” Howard, Jr. 35, of Rogers, Arkansas died April 2, 2018 in Springfield, Missouri.  He was born January 30, 1983 in Memphis, Tennessee to Raymond E. Howard, Sr. and Vernie Gail Barker Howard.

He loved to play video games, and fish when he had an opportunity.  Bubba was the hub of the entire family and kept everyone together by his positive outlook, his winning smile and his endless jokes.  He was much loved and an inspiration to anyone that met him.

He loved Jesus and enjoyed attending tent revivals.  He was a member of “Life Line Ministries” in Avoca, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leo and Ola Barker; his maternal grandparents, Andrew Lafayette and Ellen Pearl Howard; uncle, Leo Barker, Jr; aunt, Laurie Jean Barker and uncle, Gene Shaffer.

He is survived by his wife of six years, Christina Marie Howard; his parents, Raymond and Vernie Howard;  five siblings that loved and watched over him, Danny Barker and wife, Rhonda of Centerton, Darcus Foster and husband, Michael of Rogers, Shannon Vaughn of Rogers, Jeremy Howard and wife, Amy Fruzia of Rogers, Stephanie Noble of Rogers;  fourteen nephew and nieces and many, many special friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, April 6, 2018 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00PM, Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers with Pastor Roger Arnold officiating.
