Bonnie Ruth Howard, 86, of Rogers, AR passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 15, 1931 in Childress, TX to Thomas Obert and Lorena Reese McFarland.
Bonnie was the definition of a Southern lady with a gracious heart, welcoming and warm smile, and pure love for her entire family. She received complete joy from sharing her faith with others.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Raymond McFarland.
Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Troy Howard; a daughter, Paula Glenn and husband, Michael of Siloam Springs; a brother, Don McFarland and wife, Kay of Childress, TX; a sister, Eloise Elkins and husband, Lon of Caldwell, TX.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel with Brother Ben Rowell and Brother Don McFarland officiating. Visitation will be held at 10:00AM, until service time.
