Addison “Addy” Kate Sedlacek, 21 months,
passed away August 6, 2015 at Arkansas
Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, AR. She
was born October 27, 2013 in Bentonville,
AR to Kevin Michael and Julie Brigance
Sedlacek.
She was such a beautiful little girl with the
most gorgeous blue eyes and a smile to
match. She was full of life and energy and
always happy.
Addy Kate is survived by her parents, Kevin
and Julie Sedlacek; one sister, Ava Sedlacek;
one brother, Jacob Sedlacek; paternal
grandparents, Mike and Cathy Sedlacek of
Littlerock, CA; maternal grandparents, Mack
and Sharon Brigance of Booneville, AR and
several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be at 10:00AM,
Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Bentonville
Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Mark
Snodgrass officiating. Burial will be in
Pinnacle Memorial Gardens in Rogers.
