Fern V. Flood, 91, of Rogers, AR passed away Monday, January
19, 2015 at Innisfree Nursing and Rehab in Rogers, AR. She was
born June 12, 1923 in Newton County, AR to Overton Bettis and
Ora Bell Gilmore Atkinson.
Fern was a hard working, God-fearing christian woman who
loved her family dearly.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Abe M. Flood; one
grandson, Justin Toms; and a son-in-law, Charles Atwood this
past year.
Fern is survived by three daughters, Roma Toms, Browne
Atwood and Pam VanNatter, and husband, Alan; five
grandchildren, Chad Toms and wife, Jennifer, Hayes Atwood and
wife, Kelley, Ashlea Browne Wupperman and husband, Patrick,
and Rees Atkinson VanNatter; seven great-grandchildren, Roman
Toms, Jamison Fern Toms, Megan Brett Atwood, Nathan James
Atwood, Ella Browne Wupperman, Grant Patrick Wupperman
and Gavin Hayes Wupperman.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, January 22,
2015 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00p.m., Friday, January 23,
2015 at White Chapel Cemetery in Kansas City North, MO.

Memaw. I miss her smiling face! She always had a hug for
