Juanita M. Eiler, 87, of Bentonville, Ark., died Sunday, August 16, 2009, in Bentonville. She was born
November 10, 1921, in Salisbury, Missouri to Temple Smith and Edith Maddox Smith.
She enjoyed cooking, gardening and flowers. She loved people and worked as a hostess for several years at the
Bella Vista Country Club. Her favorite role was being “Yaya” to her six grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren and spending time with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jack Donald Eiler.
Juanita is survived by three sons, Steve Eiler and wife Susan of Bella Vista, Arkansas, John Robert Eiler of Bella
Vista, Don Eiler and wife Kim of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; six grandchildren Chad Eiler, Matthew Eiler, Natalie
Ramsey, Jared Eiler, Nicholas Eiler, Christopher Eiler; four great-grandchildren, Bailey Eiler, Gracie Eiler, Peyton
Ramsey and Brooklynn Eiler.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00PM Friday, August 21, 2009, at Stockdale Funeral Chapel with Dr. Mark
Lindstrom officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Mount Moriah South in Kansas City, Mo.
