Chase Donovan Clay, 19, of Fayetteville, AR died
Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in Fayetteville, AR. He was
born January 3, 1996 in Mandeville, LA to Glenn Donovan
Clay, Jr. and Joy Joyner Clay.

Chase is survived by his parents, Don and Joy Clay; two
brothers, Corey and Colin Clay all of Concord, NC;
paternal grandparents, Glenn Clay and Elizabeth Stingley
of Atlanta, GA; maternal grandparents, Jack and Patsy
Joyner of Smyrna, GA.

Memorial service will be held at 1:pm, Saturday, October
3, 2015 at Fellowship Bible Church in the Training Center
Chapel with Pastor Bart Sego officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Bella Vista
Animal Shelter, 32 Bella Vista Way, Bella Vista, AR
72714, in Chase’s honor.
