Ruth P. Anderson, 97, died Tuesday afternoon, May 12, 2015 at Apple
Blossom Retirement Home in Rogers, Arkansas, where she had been a
resident for the past eight years.
She was born May 5, 1918 in Dalton, MO, the daughter of Pearl Arthur
and Clara Kolas Kuhlman. Ruth was the third oldest in a family of 8 (5
girls and 3 boys).
She married Harold F. Anderson in Moberly, MO on May 11, 1935.
Ruth & Harold farmed south of Craig, MO for over 40 years. Their
nephew, Steve Cunningham, currently owns the farm. They retired from
farming in 1981 and moved to Rogers to be near their son.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold, to whom she was
married for 72 years; her son, Wayne and her sisters, Bernice Carmen
Krehbel, Ruby Kuhlman, Margie Churchill and one brother, Arthur
Kuhlman.
She is survived by a son, Gary L. Anderson and his wife, Jane (Drewes)
of Rogers; two grandchildren - Keven Anderson and his wife, Lisa of
Rogers, Cynthia Anderson Beeman and her husband, Dan of Rogers, and
two great grandchildren - Chelsea Anderson of New Haven, CN and
Joshua Anderson of Fayetteville, AR; brothers, Dale Kuhlman of
Brunswick, MO, Tom Kuhlman of Moberly, MO and one sister, Norma
Smith of Columbia, MO.
A graveside service was held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 14, 2015 at
Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery in Rogers, AR
