Jonathan David Rasanen, 23, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Tuesday,
February 16, 2010 in Bella Vista. He was born April 2, 1986 in Duluth,
Minnesota to Steven Paul Rasanen and Kathryn Edwards Rasanen.
He graduated from Merritt Creek Academy and attended Apostolic Gospel
Church in Duluth, MN. He worked in maintenance at Miller Hill Mall
before moving to Bella Vista, Arkansas. He loved to fish, ride his bike and
play drums. Jonathan expressed his thoughts through beautiful poetry. He
was a member of Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in
Bentonville.
He is survived by his parents, Steven and Kathryn Rasanen of Bella Vista,
AR; two sisters, Alisha Thompson and husband Daniel, Joanna Rasanen;
maternal grandmother June Edwards, all of Duluth, MN; and numerous
family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:00PM Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Calvary
Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Bentonville. Burial will be in the
Bella Vista Cemetery.
A visitation will be from 1:00PM until service time.
