William Arthur Piper, 62, of Rogers, Arkansas died May 2, 2011 at his
residence in Rogers. He was born May 8, 1948 in Monticello, Arkansas
to Harold Dean Piper and Marie Free Piper.
He retired from Kennametal in Rogers.
William loved to fish and work in the garden, and enjoyed country music.
He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.
William is survived by his wife of 41 years, Loretta Loper Piper, of the
home; one son, Jason Everett Piper and wife Tina of Rogers, AR; one
daughter, Karen Linda Piper of Rogers, AR; two brothers, Donald Piper
and wife Judy of Springdale, AR, Johnnie Piper and wife Cora Mae of
Monticello, AR; two sisters, Margaret Nealey and husband Travis of Pine
Bluff, AR, Brenda Walker and husband Ronnie of Monticello, AR; two
granddaughters, Samantha Piper and Katelyn Piper, both of Rogers, AR.
Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, May 6, 2011 at Stockdale
Funeral Chapel in Rogers with Pastor Russell Hamby officiating.
