Dale H. Jefferson, 94 of Bentonville, died Monday November 16, 2009.
He was born October 28, 1915 in Bentonville to James Harvey Jefferson and Vivian Davis
Jefferson.
Dale was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army Air Corp , during World War II, where he
served in the 51st Fighter Group, of the 26th Fighter Squadron, “Flying Tigers”.
Survivors include a brother Ray Jefferson of Bentonville; a sister Ruth Ann Back of Springville,
Tennessee; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie
Jefferson in 2005;1 brother, and 2 sisters.
Funeral services will be 10:00AM Thursday November 19, 2009 at the First Christian Church
of Bentonville with the Rev. Don Morrow, and the Rev. Loy Hoskins officiating. Burial will be
in Benton County Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 5-7:00PM Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the First Christian Church of
Bentonville,

the First Christian Church of Bentonville, 807 S.E. 14th St. Bentonville, AR 72712.
