Wilbur "Will" Hammack

Wilbur “Will” Hammack, 74, 0f Tulsa, Oklahoma died
Friday, July 1, 2016 at his residence.  He was born
August 5, 1941 in Bentonville, Arkansas to Loyd
Wilbur and Carrie Crouse Hammack.


Will received an undergraduate degree in business from
the University of Tulsa.  He spent time in the medical
device sales industry, and ultimately pursued his dream
of opening his own business.  He operated Midwest
Publishing for over 25 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where
he lived for over 45 years.

He rooted for the Arkansas Razorbacks when they
weren’t playing the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes, and
relished the chance to keep up with his alma mater,
The Bentonville Tigers.  He had a love for cooking,
especially grilling, fishing, and gardening.  His passion
for making people laugh and being thoughtful will
always be cherished.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother J.
D. Wade and one sister, Barbara Hammack
and his
beloved cat, Murphy
.

Will is survived by his wife, Inge, of the home; five
children, Sherri Ford, Lourri Hammack, Christin
Stansbury, Anne Schmadl, Bradlee Hammack and two
grandchildren Alison and Emily Ford.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00AM.
Saturday, July 9, 2016 at St. Stephen Catholic Church
in Bentonville, Arkansas with the Rev. Msgr. Scott L.
Marczuk officiating.  Burial will follow in Bentonville
Cemetery
